Oneness & Trinity is a man made doctrine and it is a false teaching about God. Never you can read Oneness or Trinity in the Old and New Testament. The bible only mentioned of Holy One. The essense of God is that God is a spirit and He has a word. The source of the word is the spirit who is God. The spirit and His word are not two but one. That's why "and the word was God.". And the word became flesh. The spirit & the word in the Old Testament became, the Father & Son in the New Testament.

Why do people believe that God is a trinity? The doctrines of men have permeated Christendom. First of all, when we look at the Greek of Matthew 16:18 we see something that is not obvious in the English. "...you are Peter (πέτρος, petros) and upon this rock (πέτρα, petra) I will build My church..." In Greek nouns have gender. It is similar to the English words actor and actress. The first is masculine and the second is feminine. Likewise, the Greek word "petros" is masculine; "petra" is feminine. Peter, the man, is appropriately referred to as Petros.

And Jesus sayed : "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades shall not overpower it," (Matt. 16:18). The Script refaires clearely to Jesus HE IS THE ROCK, JESUS IS THE CHURCH, NOT PETER. THE CHURCH WAS FOUNDED BY JESUS. this is why i am orthodox
