1.Does the Wii flow upload all Wii games onto the hard drive because you have a very large amount of games. Or is it you just upload the games you have save files on.
@sindrecool1 You could use a normal USB, but bear in mind one Wii Game would take up roughly 2.5GB on average, so you'd have to have a pretty big USB. =P
So, it is advised you use a HDD, but you don't have to. You won't be able to play very many games on it though.

If Wii offered hd and able to download your game to external hard drive using activation codes and able have cool things like Wiiflow. All games should be capped at $40 and i believe alot less people won't hack game consoles, people feel that they are getting ripped off.
Umm so the WiiFlow website says it supports ISO files, but I don't know how to get it to read the files in ISO, I can convert them to WBFS but I think it would be easier to run them right away from ISO (The ones I had previously downloaded as ISO).

I have modded over 10 wii's and they all bought my suggested passport,, either 150g, 320g or 500g.. NONE of them have ever had a problem. I have 2 wii's at my house,, mine and my kids,, both have a passports, a 500g and mine a 320g, without ever going to sleep or not starting up.

Very nice video showing what Wiiflow can actually do. I just have a question, I don't have Wiiflow yet, but I've seen others who have their Wii load directly into Wiiflow, bypassing the Wii main menu.
Any ideas on how to do this? Would be awesome to just turn it on and load directly here (Yeah pointing at the screen and clicking one button is too hard, I know)
There's an app called BootMii, you probably have it installed since it's included in most wii hacks. There's an option to select what you want to load when you turn on your wii. Select the WiiFlow/CoverFloader .dol I have it set this way and it's awesome!
You can also set what you want to happen when you reset the system, like return to Wiiflow, or go to the main Wii menu, or load HBC, etc.
hi. i installed the channel version of wiiflow and every game worked perfectly until i tried LEGO ROCK BAND. the game works fine except the Instruments don't connect. My instruments are from ROCK BAND 2. i tried the same game using USB Loader GX and only the microphone works. I'd appreciate it if you could help me =)
Others have your prob too,, You need to set it up to use a correct ios, I dont have that game so I cant tell you what works but usually with games that use instruments, you have to use hermes ios 222 or 223.

To jeroen207 this is not fake. If you even have a wii grow some balls and max it out to its full potential. Then again you might be one that doesnt believe in modding. Currently I have a 3.2U wii which I downgraded from 4.0 and I also have wii backups running through disc channel. DVD playback isnt a issue either burned or retail. Lastly this great USB Loader is the top of the line in its class. I run WiiFlow with 1.5 TB FreeAgent Seagate external HDD. It has close to 500 wii games installed.

I think you can go either way. I don't think it's risky as many people on the forums say they have it set up that way. I would think it's inconvenient to have to move the hdd from Wii to desk area, unless you have them set up next to each other anyway.

Homebrew has nothing to do with piracy. The people who made and participate in the Homebrew Community want to end piracy as much as Nintendo does. They've even tried telling Nintendo how to fix the security holes that allow for piracy, but Nintendo just harasses them in return.
It has something to do with Hacking though... And people who mistreat Homebrew are those who ruin MKWii games... It's annoying when you get pitted against people with infinite Blue Shells...

I think the simple fact that you can do an awesome games loader like this, with your OWN STORE BOUGHT GAMES, is total justification for Homebrew. Nothing illegal about that.

A good 500g drive is a western digital passport, USB powered.

What is different is the visuals and navigation but when you click "play" they all use waninkokos usb loader he wrote.

Currently I have a 3.2U wii which I downgraded from 4.0 and I also have wii backups running through disc channel. DVD playback isnt a issue either burned or retail. Lastly this great USB Loader is the top of the line in its class. I run WiiFlow with 1.5 TB FreeAgent Seagate external HDD. It has close to 500 wii games installed.

How is the covers linked to the game? I mean... do you have to rename all ur backuped games correct to match up with the name of the cover?

actually that's a giant waste. get 300gigs that's practically unlimited games right there. unless you want to own different kinds of my pony and barbie games. cause when you rip the games they're ripped in their original size, in other words they're compressed or not inflated .

Thanks for the reply ^^ But im getting a external HD for my computer also, so i thought it might be a cool idea to get a large one so i could use it to store wii games on and also some other stuff, or is that too risky? I mean u think its better to get a "small" 300 gig for the wii and then a another one for the computer instead of taking a 1tb and make two partitions?

heres the thing LOL i have like 50 games in my 300gig external HD and it hasnt even scratched 100gigs yet.. so you'll be able to fit in at least 150-200 giant wii games. 500 if you put in shovel ware crap like "my pony and friends. i suggest you buy a 1tb for computer use. or a console that requires more space like a modded xbox360...(im not sure if theres a usb loader for 360....i shall google right away) anyways good luck and hopefully you follow my advice.

I think you can go either way. I don't think it's risky as many people on the forums say they have it set up that way. I would think it's inconvenient to have to move the hdd from Wii to desk area, unless you have them set up next to each other anyway.
I have a question: how come when I click to see the back covers, it's v zoomed in while in all these vids, it's not. I prefer it not to be so zoomed in.

Just curious, can you turn off those two "DEFAULT" buttons on every info page?
Also, can you change the font? The font here is too thin to read easily. A bolder version would be nice.
Aside from that, this is just amazing. All the little tweaks you can make to the UI.

i think this video just shows the loader and that's all.. i got info about it and wanted to see it in action-the easiest way was to find a video on youtube before i install it, so why complain? there are lots of people attentind this site and everyone has different needs.

Homebrew has nothing to do with piracy. The people who made and participate in the Homebrew Community want to end piracy as much as Nintendo does. They've even tried telling Nintendo how to fix the security holes that allow for piracy, but Nintendo just harasses them in return.

Don't say it has NOTHING to do with piracy, come on. Without HB, you can't pirate games. HB directly allows piracy on the wii. Now I'm not saying that's why it was created, just saying you can't say it has nothing to do with it.
I think the simple fact that you can do an awesome games loader like this, with your OWN STORE BOUGHT GAMES, is total justification for Homebrew. Nothing illegal about that.

wii flow temporary wroked on the wii i have and then it finally stop working. so now i stick with a standard usb loader. that works alot better.
