i refer to this theme as the "Jolly Roger Bay" theme. jolly roger bay was just beautiful... dire dire docks... well ok, except for the fact that the peacfulness of this song is disturbed by the giant warship looking thing in the middle of it... whilt jolly roger bay as a pirate ship... i think ppl should start calling this the "jolly roger bay theme" more

Jolly roger bay and Dire Dire Docks is the same world, its just claled different in Europe I believe

@MeneerToad They are not the same world. Jolley Roger Bay was the world that you get to by going to room all the way on the right of the castle from the entrance with the picture of the pirate ship. Dire Dire Docks is the wavy water thing behind the hole where you Bowser for a second time.

the midi files dont teach you to play, they just give you the music, they are just basically sound files, downloading midi files - downloading music.

Well, I don't know about you but I Downloaded this File Gary Jules - MadWorld.mid

and when I put that file on my keyboard, it not only started playing the song but the keys were lighting up.

I can slow down the song and it teaches me the song in parts

The only problem is that I can't find anymore

Of course it does. you just import it in any midi editor your using and you can see all the notes individually. what did you think midi was?

actually, midi can teach you the songs, use record producer or better yet finale 2002-2008,in record producer it breaks it down on the midi roll editor track for track so you can get an idea of all the parts for a song, and it allows you to transpose any part into sheet music

for i can see, you dont know that if you have the midi of any song you can get the sheet music from a music program, just like guitar pro. It has the option to import any midi, and puts you all the diferent instruments that makes the whole song.

Definitely, the underwater snake thing was annoying... those red coins i remember were quite hard to get thou...
