Never had mine jump out of second gear, but I've heard stories about it on the forum, you should get some spring in the gearbox changed under warranty, if it's not a rider error.

I hate it when I try to go into second and I hit neutral...makes me look like an idiot. Especially when I'm around other bikers and it happens...all. bad.
