Im not a big fan of a lot of run-ons within songs. Just sing it purely without "hoe", hooing" and "yeaya ying" throughout songs. Thats my only issue with singers who have great voices like her and mariah carey..they tend to do too much when its not needed.

Some people might be born with some ability to sing, but to say that someone can be born with the ability to:
Sing with proper breath support
Sing with a neutral larynx
Sing with natural perfect vibrato
etc.
is not likely singing is more than just about the voice. Having an amazing voice like xtina is good on stage, but from a technical POV its not enough

@studiob2 Mariah Carey always did R&B there is no genre called Ballads. Yes Ballads are the main part of R&B . She Messed up when she started doing simplistic songs influenced by the Rap and Hip Hop Culture .
I hate Rap/Hip Hop because it is makes white people think that everything black people do has to do with rap or Hip Hop.
We have more than one genre of Music.
Gospel Jazz Blues R&B THAN RAP/hIP hOP CAME along and ruined everything.

i went to my bf's bar mitzvah, and they played this song at the dance par. 80% of the people had no clue what it was. i was mad/laughing at the same time. i had to tell a lot of people who/what it was... I love it
