  • Love it ...thanks = )

  • Nice layers in your backgrounds Jamie!

  • Love the dripping technique! Can not wait to try that one. Love any mist product. Makes such an impact with little effort. I was at Big Lots today in my town and they were selling books for two for one dollar...yes, that is fifty cents for a book. Some were great for the text some not, but great for backgrounds. Pass it on!

  • That "sequin waste" is also sold as ribbon at Christmas time! Sharon :D

  • Hi Jamie. It's funny...you don't like the page with the drip technique, but I think it's very cool. Well, I think they're ALL very cool. So glad to connect to you - thanks to Paula! Thanks for sharing! Sharon :D

  • Very inspirational !!!!

    A new fan .... Cyn

  • Wonderful Jamie!! Yay for old rub ons!!! :) Looks like you are having a wonderful time in you art journal.

    Much LOVE!

  • Hey Jamie! LOVE your backgrounds. :-) Maybe try Gel Medium or Mod Podge to adhere down the magazine or news clippings to your page. I use either and it comes out awesome. :-) That cardboard "thingy" is way cool, love the look! I busted out with my old MM foam stamps for my art journals and LOVE it. It helps even out the pages by just stamping randomly... and it adds another layer. :-) Have fun with your art journaling! :-)

  • @mybutterflykisses12 Hi Arlene! I have been using Liquitex gel medium and I LOVE it! It's better than one I had from Golden. It's definitely my favorite way to add collage pieces. I do use a glue stick when I'm journaling on the road though. Thanks for watching!
