@superoriginalname Because the closer you (in a vehicle) get to the speed of light time slows down in the vehicle relative to the time on earth. The faster you are move the slower time gets. So only 4 hours in a spaceship (travelling at the speed of light) is alot of time on earth.
but, interesting point about the time machine that cannot go back beyond the time it was created...does it mean that if we did create one and then went on to explore new worlds and primitive man in those planets we could take them back?

@harrychao88 Because time in that spaceship is moving slowly relative to earth. And do you really think building a wormhole is easier than a space shuttle ??
My name is Mark Maloney; I would like to invite you to visit my website Epluribusunum56. com. There you will find entirely new physics and cosmology, called Proto-space and DSFF, which are the formational mechanics composing all aspects composing our universe. People tend to think of time as a two dimensional line traveling in one direction from point A to B. Time may be cyclical and over-lapping itself as feedback. Time may like an old mechanical odometer, that reads up to 100,000 and then goes to 000000
and runs again the same linear path. One Universe, sees it's own time repeat many times over, and produce various worlds, yet remain only one universe. So the dead from past ages are revisited by time corridors closely parallel, to live again
If a Worm Hole was produced intelligently, then the Universe being intelligently designed would have worm holes appearing routinely as a product of it's own design. So people from the future can find the natural pathways through the heavens and reach any "appointed" time as a destination, using natural existing
worm holes. Just as ancient sky watchers kept records of comets and eclipses, which can be reverse dated, the way can be charted and time calculated in reverse. Dead can be raised
What if the wormhole is a rapid exit from space? At beyond light speed any critically forceful signature could create a momentum greater than light that escalates it to exit space beyond the force of energy it should have normal connection with. To the edge of the universe because light energy only slows down past that horizon. An inverse barrier or momentum overflow creating a space rejection.
@AzizRaeesi the man says you cant travel back in time because no one has made a time machine yet, if one is made, you can go back into the time it was made, he says it some what in the end, look up stephen hawkings theories as well m8
It is not physically possible to travel into the past. The past no longer exists. At 12am tonight, (wednesday) Last Monday will be no more, due to the Langalier Effect.
@Sirradal Imagine that 1 hour in the wormhole takes a million years outside. You just have to travel through a wormhole that ended in a 1millonyears-2days-before universe.
@finom444 Well once you go into a wormhole, it will take you 1 hr to get to your destination. In the wormhole it took 1hr, but outside of the wormhole, a greater amount of time has passed. (either hours, days, months, or even years) So, on the way back, it will take you 1hr to get back to Earth, however that was 1hr in the wormhole. Outside of the wormhole, ALOT more time has passed. Get it?
time travel would be the worst thing to happen to mankind ever. if it is possible then we should just leave time as is, i mean say for example we go back in time and stop Hitler or Stalin from killing millions, most likely we would never of been born, because our grandparents would of met someone else probably. So then a paradox is made, if you were never born, time would never of been changed in the first place. sounds dumb but think about it.
The LHC only makes micro-black holes and they only exist for about a slit second. We couldn't do much with that, making a bigger one would be way to dangerous.
@lostmic Some years ago, I watched a video about 'Dark Matter'. A scientist was holding a piece of it in his and, and when he released it, it floated up. It was immune to gravity. I believe it was a NASA scientist. (due to the fact that i remember a shuttle being in the background) Do you recall that vid? Do you know where I can view it again?

OBJECTION! How do we know the past exists like a timeline? This concept relies on the foundation of time being a universal constant. All this "machine" is doing is going through time without the physical and mental state undergoing change. So, yes this is a time machine but it will only get you moving into the future. Brilliant idea, though just has no real world applications and its dangerous as all hell.
eh worm holes don't bother me much before sense it pushes everything away thats good that way if a worm goes into anything it still lives yup i with worm holes NOT BLACK HOLES.
true but there is yet a machine or test we can use to prove the theorys of time travel with wormholes we could send the cavemen a satellite or kill the dinosaurs a little early with mistacke lol
in Geneve they're making black holes crashing together matter and anti-matter, but they're little and unstable, so they suddenly close off. One day they may be able to crate a big stable one.
can anyone explain to me if there's any real evidence of wormholes existence? I can't find any good evidence or real pictures of any wormholes, so why do these physicists refer to wormholes like they're fact? And even if they are real, no one really knows how they work or what happens in the wormholes so it's still all just science fiction, right??
I mean time travel is obviously impossible. Time can't be manipulated but only our perception of it can be manipulated. It's not a physical force.
Wormhole is one of the solutions of general relativity. Therefore, it does not violate the laws of physics, it's just that we can't necessarily find one or create one.
it doesn't violate the laws but i can make up a lot of things that don't violate the laws of physics. Do we accept those as fact though? All i'm saying is that we shouldn't accept the ideas of wormholes as if they truly exist until we actually prove that they do.
No it's not a randomlly made up scenerio that does not violate the laws of physics; the key is that it is a mathematical solution of general relativity equations.
Also to answer your previous comment that time travel isn't possible, it acutally is. It has been confirmed that a clock travelling at high speed on a space ship ticks slower than a clock on earth. This time difference was predicted by Einstein's general relativity.
That is the idea in this video: if one approches speed of light, millions of years could have past on earth but it's only hours for the person. That is essentially time travel forward.
It's not that scientist already accept wormhole as a certain fact. However since relativity has been so accurate in predicting other physical phenomenons, it is reasonable to explore its other unexplored implications, such as the wormhole.
At the point of a Quasar, all laws of planetary physics break down. And thats where the negative energy is born. So maybe the worm hole could violate some or all laws of physics....
I have a question. Isn't that same negative energy used to create a black hole? If so what are the other facts to creating a worm hole instead of a black hole?
Maybe dark matter/ negative energy can be used. but Maybe a worm hole is a slightly stable black hole? Which doesnt break up everythin into atoms but just works as a worm hole?
My conclusion is that all atoms that cover the area of the wormhole will explode, and there will be a new atomic explosion at every one of these atoms covering the wormhole area, at the speed of light, which is when a new particle may pass through at our current time. That would probably be pretty bad for our existance.
Should there be a problem that there always is atoms and molecules, radiation etc that are in touch with that wormhole, and all those atoms during every moment in the future that the wormhole exist will come through this wormhole at the exact same time. We know what happends when atoms is cleaved.
time is only a static to record the rotation of the earth around the sun... Its like a pink dolphin that doesn't even exist but remain a purpose for recording the rotation of the earth around the sun
I dun think wormhole can be a time machine because time remain the same no matter how fast you travel.Worm hole only gets u from pointA to PointB. Not beyond time
Traveling time through a wormhole is just an illusion. Why ?Because you can reach to a point of a universe before light reaches the same point. Because light travels through space not through a wormhole.Lets say fr example a supernova takes place somewhere and you see it.Then travel though a wormhole.when you reach the other side the supernova hasn't take plce yet because light has reached yet that point. So you suppose you are back in time before the supernova happend.Think of that...
yes! nikola tesla made energy go faster than light 100 yrs ago with his wireless energy system! he made industrial energy go 10 - 100 times faster than light! i even show this on my youtube site of teslas wireless energy system which is important to a future world! tesla was the first scientist to discover faster than light energy transfer now we reffer to it as quantum entaglement or tunneling! tesla made the final model of the qunatum tunneling device 100 yrs ago!
LOL My mom gave me ice cream cuz i was watching educational stuff XP
But one question...
Can you travel through time? Because, logicaly, you would be dead in 5 million years. So lets say your 20. if you travel 5 million years into the future, yoou would be 5,000,020 so you would be dead. Can any one answer me? Send me a message. (but you could probably go 30 years ahead if you were 20, if nothing happened in those 30 years to significantly traumatize you or kill you).
now, i dont know much on this subject, but there is a theory thats says time is relivent to speed, as in, if youre moving at the speed of light, and to you it feels like 4 hours, it would be actually MUCH longer because the speed you were travelling at distorted time
its like skipping the time, taking the shortcut where this guy is talking about. else it wud be like layin in coma. be sleep for 70 years then wake up. they just wanna skip that 70 years somehow ;D
I don't think it's possible to travel BACK in time, hence it already happened.
However, I think it is possible to "freeze" time for yourself and go forward in time.
My father is smart with this stuff, and he says that it's possible to actually stop aging for yourself and sorta "wake up" in the future. But it's complicated. .
yes! i know! anyways nikola tesla sent industrial energy 2- 100 times faster than light which disproves einstien 100 yrs ago! tesla even had experimental evidence to disprove einstien! einstien stole from a russian guy that dumb theory of relativity, no time travel happens just instantaneousity from teslas own real life research! tesla did experiments in reality not in theoretical equations! its to do with high voltages and conductor shapes to go faster than light! i did one experiment to show!
Wormholes don't stretch, in my belief, because the throat of the wormhole itself is 3 dimensional but inside in the 4'th dimension. if you use 2D space-time the wormhole would be 2D in the 3rd dimension. As in 0:30. Comments, suggestions? (read up on it first though)
one of the dimensions in string theory is a dimension where one point here is at the same point in another point in the universe so you don't have to travel in the usual sense and can be accessed by the human consiousness.
more than a Time Machine it seems me a Time Accelerator. Lets say warmhole opens professor with his wife jumps into it and reach a millior year ahead in future. there they again open another warmhole and further move a million year a head and then so on. Isnt it bit Spooky?
A worm hole can't go into the past because the wormhole wasn't created in the past. The theory for wormhole travel is that you could create a worm hole(2 wormholes actually, because they always come in pairs), send it to a far distance and back at a speed close to the speed of light. And because it traveled the speed of light for so far, one of the wormholes would be a much different time than the one that remained on earth. The wormhole would be traveling through time and space.
The question which wasn't asked, was would we be able to identify a time-traveler? This is critically important because the man in the story was from the wife's perspective, not really a time-traveler.
YES that's what I've been waiting from Fora TV thank you so much time to watch the whole video because I'm a total NERD I am and proud of it so STFU if you got anything against nerds
Took some mental gymnastics, but I finally understood that. I was struggling with why the worm hole on the porch would still be in the present and not 5 my in the future with him.
But say the wormhole will stay open for ten hours, he goes to Andromeda and back, that's 8 hours, the WH in the space ship is still open, and so is the one on the porch 5 million years in the past. So he enters the WH in the ship, and ends up on his porch about 8 hours after he left, thus traveling back in time. Neat.
Radiation will go in the wormhole and break it down

Can Time Exist Without Matter?
According to Newton the answer is Yes
According to SRT and GRT the answer is No
Who is right? Who is wrong?
What is the resolution of this apparent paradox? There are two kinds of time:
a) the proper (individual) time and
b) the planetary time
They are so familiar that we rarely give them thought
Dont we know, that time for living being is limited
and the planetary time is absolute for them ?

At the point of a Quasar, all laws of planetary physics break down. And thats where the negative energy is born. So maybe the worm hole could violate some or all laws of physics....
Right?
devilsonlychild 2 years ago
I have a question. Isn't that same negative energy used to create a black hole? If so what are the other facts to creating a worm hole instead of a black hole?
Dalmascas 2 years ago
Maybe dark matter/ negative energy can be used. but Maybe a worm hole is a slightly stable black hole? Which doesnt break up everythin into atoms but just works as a worm hole?

@devilsonlychild, is it really stable? lol

My conclusion is that all atoms that cover the area of the wormhole will explode, and there will be a new atomic explosion at every one of these atoms covering the wormhole area, at the speed of light, which is when a new particle may pass through at our current time. That would probably be pretty bad for our existance.
BrytaPlanka 2 years ago
Should there be a problem that there always is atoms and molecules, radiation etc that are in touch with that wormhole, and all those atoms during every moment in the future that the wormhole exist will come through this wormhole at the exact same time. We know what happends when atoms is cleaved.

Another thing is we already have a time machine. Its called Videos. Imagine 1980s Videos compared to 2000 Videos.

time is only a static to record the rotation of the earth around the sun... Its like a pink dolphin that doesn't even exist but remain a purpose for recording the rotation of the earth around the sun
forgetmepls 2 years ago
I dun think wormhole can be a time machine because time remain the same no matter how fast you travel.Worm hole only gets u from pointA to PointB. Not beyond time

Time travel suggests several different dimensions. Or something like that, and that's crazy.

(but you could probably go 30 years ahead if you were 20, if nothing happened in those 30 years to significantly traumatize you or kill you).

now, i dont know much on this subject, but there is a theory thats says time is relivent to speed, as in, if youre moving at the speed of light, and to you it feels like 4 hours, it would be actually MUCH longer because the speed you were travelling at distorted time
ABurntMuffin 2 years ago 3
its like skipping the time, taking the shortcut where this guy is talking about. else it wud be like layin in coma. be sleep for 70 years then wake up. they just wanna skip that 70 years somehow ;D
frostzor 2 years ago
I don't think it's possible to travel BACK in time, hence it already happened.
However, I think it is possible to "freeze" time for yourself and go forward in time.
My father is smart with this stuff, and he says that it's possible to actually stop aging for yourself and sorta "wake up" in the future. But it's complicated. .
VPrimeTimeV 2 years ago
yes! i know! anyways nikola tesla sent industrial energy 2- 100 times faster than light which disproves einstien 100 yrs ago! tesla even had experimental evidence to disprove einstien! einstien stole from a russian guy that dumb theory of relativity, no time travel happens just instantaneousity from teslas own real life research! tesla did experiments in reality not in theoretical equations! its to do with high voltages and conductor shapes to go faster than light! i did one experiment to show!

No time traveler therefore all the UFOs are fake, right?
starlight1946 2 years ago 2
The question which wasn't asked, was would we be able to identify a time-traveler? This is critically important because the man in the story was from the wife's perspective, not really a time-traveler.
brentpieczynski 2 years ago
Well a UFO is a Unidentified Flying Object so if you have never seen a 747 before then you can bet it's a UFO.

Neat.
