I am not a gypsy, but have always told people off for using the word 'gyppo' in a derogatory sense, even back in school. I just wanted to find out more about the discrimination various groups suffer, so thank you for posting! (:

I am proud to be a Gypsy. We come from a reace of peace loving, gentle people, that have NEVER caused wars, are not known to commit rapes and murders. We are a clean people, both spiritually and physically. God's people. No matter what hate the gorjas spread, they will never, EVER take that away from us.

HI SO WONDERFUL!..... I AM ROMA GYPSY MY ANCESTORS CAME TO NEW YORK FROM ROMANIA IN THE 1900s THANKS FOR THIS I AM TIRED OF THE BIGOGTRY AND IGNORANCE...
