that's right that all took place June 25, 2001 to be exact...and she got shot to death only to save Laura's life...who rather wasted it anyway by becoming such a loon in trying to keep Leo married to her. Gillian was really the only woman Ryan was ever good with. Now he seems to discard them easily like another notch on his belt.
They HATED each other in real-life (as a matter of fact, THAT is why Kate Collins left the show in '92). KC also planned on suing him for some sort of harrasment after she left.
oh is that a fact? so that's why they had to replace her with Melody Anderson(the chick lasted only 10 months) before killing her off in the automobile accident that also paralyzed Adam and had him in a wheelchair for months, therefore making him "hell on wheels" I wonder what became of that court case. That must've been why Kate Collins doesn't seem to mind coming and going(as Janet of course) because he's been gone since 2000.
I have no clue as to why the court case never went to fruition. The reason why Natalie was recast so quickly was because KC left so abruptly. VERY bad blow to the show. KC NEVER gave anything but a brilliant performance - never.
