man this anime rocks , i swear to god i hate the fact this anime ended you could see how well animated the last OVA's were. It had so much power and enthusiasm in em. It means this anime can be back with so much awesome effects and well animations. Not to mention the kick ass storyline.

i just wish Air gear would come back in a 2nd season like how the manga kept going after genesis joined Ikki's kick ass team & ikki beating the world record in 30-30 last duel.

air gear is one of my most favorite manga, unfortunately i was really disappointed by the anime .... but after seing this i was so happy i wanted to cry TT_TT. Please, please make a second season or a remake

i noticed something while watching the ova. simca was saying that ringo is her older twin sister while in the manga simca is the twin sister of kilik(gem king of sleeping forest)

And they should do a whole 2nd season with Satelight. I don't know they did it with Toei in the first place. Satelight is the only ones who could handle making an anime for a series like air gear.

It's the Air Gear OVA Break in the Sky. Hopefully due to the great reception of this OVA, they'll do a series of them, I think fans would love that.

Then just read the manga. If an anime gets canceled and doesn't get picked back up within the same year, the odds of it getting picked back up at all are something like 15%. I liked what they did with Hellsing Ultimate, I think that could work for Air Gear as well.

@inuzukatensai The reason they didn't continue Air Gear wasn't only because of lack of ratings, sadly :( It was also considered very hard to translate the manga into Anime past that point.

@aandresz Could just read the Manga, the battle in this OVA looked AWESOME, but the first season left something to be desired in terms of the action elements. For the full experience nothing beats the manga.
