My thoughts when thinking about this are: lock the doors and stop people moving around so much. The effects of immigration which will result from these prophecies will be huge. We can appease it by "letting people in" all the time but it won't work long term.

I would have thought those figures were taking the HIV deaths into consideration.. The Earth can only support so many people yes, but how are the people of the third world to know that? They will continue to breed like rabbits and we will continue to feed and sustain them :(
