ooo that looks kinda cool! :D i keep track of everything i eat, any drinks other than water, any exercise i do and how many glasses of water i have each day, my weekly weight at the beginning and end and any new targets in a normal dated diary, exercise on the left, food on the right, write the number of glasses of water that day in a circle and everyday i underline the fruit and veg i have of that day in green and anything like sweets, cake, crisps in red.... ya my writings kinda small aha :)
I saw your weight loss food journal in a video by wdsDarlin and followed the link to e-mail you about them. I saw in your video that they run $5 each and was hoping you're still making them and selling them because I would love to buy some. Hope to hear back from you soon! Awesome idea on making them!
That looks right up my alley. I am lost, though, on how many calories, fat, carbs I am supposed to have each day. I know that I need 80 grams of protein and I have no prob with liquids, but cals, fat and carbs, I am lost! If you know of a place that suggests some numbers + some meal ideas, I'd be so grateful. Thanks! Great video.
Actually, good question. Getting in the protein has always ben my concern, I rarely go over 1000 calories, BUT I am not sure where we are suppose to be calories wise, I have asked for advise and replies, maybe we will get one!...lol...thank you
