@ojr777 They came to find out that their natural state of consciousness is a state of not knowing. UG's consciousness was emptied, as it should be. Knowledge that was once cluttering his conscious mind was put into its proper compartment-- freeing up space in his conscious mind. The same thing seems to have happened to Nisagartadda Maharaj (sp?) except that Nisagartadda gives a method to achieve the same : via abiding in the I AM.

UG himself says that what he says is worthless. It has no use for anyone. He is only saying it because he is reacting to questions from people.

It the attempt to change to something other than what we are that is preventing us from being natural.

if he says what he is saying is meaningless then stop trying to find meaning in that statement or any other statement that anybody makes. everyone is searching for a meaning. even if he were not to answer any questions, there would still be a search as to the meaning of his silence, so he might as well tell you there is no meaning to stop you from going insane

I mean, yes, you can use this kind of simplistic logic, yet doesn't it defy the common human sense. It is our natural state to see things as natural vs. unnatural ... I think you are trying to skip a step using logic and I am not sure it will work.

I have been contemplating the same thing myself, it has shaken me up to do so. For look at Bush, I used to levy knowledge regarding his behavior, saying it was ego-driven, petulant, evil ... then I started looking at him as just a body surviving on Earth ... then I could not judge him or even label any of his actions ...
