WOW! Thank you SO much for this stretch! I've been working to figure out what bothers me in my hips/pelvic floor, and this stretch nailed it. Made me break into a sweat on rep 2. :) Will be checking out all of your videos!
I have a laternal pevlic tilt and a big flexibility imbalance in my legs, yet nkne of these myo stretches give me even the slightest hint of stretching the target areas.
Question: in this stretch, and the one for the psoas you ask the client to extend and externally rotate the arms...do you want the extension to take the scapulas away from the midline, or should the arms be anchored in to the shoulder and working against that resistance (as in yoga)?
You have NO idea how perfect this is for me! It's brilliant. I've been through six months of PT, and nothing has budged. Now getting 2x weekly Rolfing and massages (at great expense). First time I attempted this, got a major piriformis cramp. (Muscle going 'huh?!' what's this?!) I'm the most hopeful I've been in a long time. Thank you.

This appears to be very similar in execution and intent to "The Permanent Pain Cure" by Ming Chew, and is just what I've been looking for as I've tried to find live videos of people demonstrating that type of myofascial stretching. (I've emailed Chew on the subject - availability of DVDs, seminars, etc. and he hasn't replied (busy or just not interested, I guess).
hellow josh! my name´s carlos and i'm from argentina.i´ll be D.O. in 4 months and i'd like learn the guy voyer's tecnique.how can i do?is it probably with a distance course?
This is great, I can't wait to try this stretch when I get home. And I can't resist saying this but: my coccyx is focacta! (Along with my piriformis and illiosacral).
Thanks so much for posting these awesome tutorials East West! Have a 12k this weekend so hopefully these will help!
My name is Chris McHugh. I am going to be in your Ex. Coach class in Amherst, Mass next month. I am really digging Guy Voyer's stuff. Why hasn't Paul Started discussing it mainstream? Is it fairly new as a modality?

Need some diagrams. More camera views. Less technical talk. Less talk in general.
