@lyingtherebleeding Thats when the rating system comes in. Bad swaps = bad smilies. Besides, once you've made an account your agreeing to the "use at your own risk" (We don't give a shit if you get a bad trade) conditions.
i wouldnot reccomend trading an item that says good condition but no description i also would not reccomend trading with a new user try to get someone with a decent review
it depends who you're trading to. someone with good feedback is less likely to do it than someone with none or bad feedback. i traded something before and the item i got back (game) didn't have it's original case or manual.
1. I have noticed,. as with eBay,. the postage that they allow you to print out from their site winds up being more costly then using the post office. But more convenient, I suppose.
2. Where the hell IS Swaptree? They have been off line now all day,. for 'updates'? I want to get my stuff packed and ready to go for tomorrow but can not access any of my info for this 'Upgrade' that they took the whole site down for.
No, you don't. You have to pay for shipping. You can get free shipping if you invite someone to join swaptree through the site and they join and complete a trade before a certain date.
so when you complete a trade. Do you have to go to the post office to have it send as "first class"? or do you just write it on the envelope and put stamps worth $2.36? another question, can you sen your gba game on a regular envelope?
You can go to the post office and send it however you'd like, but Media Mail is usually cheaper. You can also use the correct amount in stamps and put it in your mailbox, if you want, or use a credit card and print out a lable. I don't know exactly what sort of game that is, but I'd recommend using a manila envelope and bubble wrap or a bubble mailer if it's at all fragile.
it a gameboy advance game, and it's small so i thought that i could just put it in a regular envelope with the right amount of stickers (how many? though? idk), is that possible?
I think that would be okay as long as you were sure to use bubble wrap or padding inside as well, to make sure it got there safely. I'm not sure how many stamps you should use... Sorry I can't help you on that!
I'm not saying you have to... I'm saying you need to pad it. As far as I know it would be okay to use a regular envelope as long as you were able to pad it.

Bookmooch is way cooler.
This Sucks too corporate and for-profit. I hate when 'counter-culture' stuff gets commercialized. Grunge music, hip-hop, the Internet..

Alas777 3 years ago
I mean, cushion it. With bubble wrap or several pieces of paper wrapped around it, for protection.
