When I see this, I am very overwhelmed. I have been away from my hometown for 14 years. Me and my parents celebrated our new year like this every year. But I never knew why we did that. I didn't even know who we are and where we originally come from until I see this and read some comments of others'. I am very proud of who I am. I strongly feel to keep my culture and promote it. The reason I never know myself was I wasn't born in Shan state.
