yeah well done. a dodge is a technical term used in smash to denote any type of avoidance of attack. a dodge ROLL is pressing L/R and then Left/Right, which they did constantly in the video. A SPOT dodge (aka Ground Dodge, Down Dodge) is pressing L/R and then down, and an AERIAL dodge is pressing L/R and any direction in the air. A dodge roll lasts for longer frames than both of the two others, and can also be performed by holding L/R and then holding the c-stick to roll instantly.
Ahhh, Fox and falco were much faster in Melee. Foxs' Melee taunt "come on" sounded beast in Melee.
