@hapaque definitely my friend. All the facts was hidden by former Shah & Rana rulers from the public. Here's the truth. The term Nepal came to exist from 4th BCE. The original name of Nepal was Kiratdesh. This is all recorded in Veda and other ancient texts. Neolithic tools also found in the kathmandu valley and Sikkim proved that Mongoloid race has been living in the Himalayas region for past 10,000 years.

Later in the later period, the Hindu Aryan people invaded Kiratdesh vis a vis Nepal. These people brought Hinduism into Nepal. Many Hindu temples were built during this time and caste system was also introduce into Nepali society. The result of Nepal as a failure nation can only be attributed to these Hindu rulers who ruled the nation with discrimination and corruption.

Nepalese need to eradicate brahamnical religion, culture, custom, rituals form nepal that has brought nepal into backwardness state. lord buddha was born in Nepal so buddhism should be national religion of nepal not brahamanical religion(today better known as hinduism).

The Vishnu Purana (Book 2, chapter 37) mentioned that the chatur-varna or four class social system was absent among the Kiratas in Kiratdesa(now Nepal and the himalayas region nearby). This clearly shows that Nepal did not have the chatur-varna or four class social system that resulted in caste discrimination in the olden time. The chatur-varna was introduced by the Aryan Lichchhavi with his brahmins advisers. The sole reason why Nepal failed as a nation today is all attributed to caste system.

If any american, indian, german , etc takes up Nepali citizenship, then thy would also become Nepalese.

But Race is different. In Nepal we have 3 races.

#1. Mongoloid races

Except #2, Mongoloid and Dravidian are the native of the Himalayas. The caste system as i said arrived in Nepal after the invasion of aryan Licchavis who overthrew Kirat dynasty in330AD.

@qcon81 yes my friend, people from Sikkim, Darjeeling, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura are predominately Mongoloid race and their language is Tibeto-Burmese. That's why the Himalayas region was then known as Kiratdesh per the vedic book and other ancient texts. Kirat King Bhagatdatta of Assam and King Yalamber of Nepal was killed by Aryan army in the Mahabharata war. After Mahabharata war, Aryan migrated into Kiratdesh and intro. Hinduism to the local.

@qcon81 thank you my friend. In around 330AD Aryan Lichchhavi came from northern India and overthrew Kirat dynasty in the Kathmandu valley. The Lichchhavi kings introduced Hinduism and built many Hindu temples thereafter. The Brahmins converted many local Kiratis into Hinduism also. These Kiratis are better known as "Newars" or the valley race today. In order to rule the Mongoloid people in Nepal, the Aryan King with his Brahmin advisers also introduced caste system (chatur-varna) into locals.
