this isnt edited lol , he used a runescape cheat client that is coded to overwrite rune with some dragon stuff nothing special i use cheatclient and i can do all skillcape emotes without the cape pretty awsome(other people cant see this)

I would say:

1 dragon ore + 10 coal + 5 cut ruby + 1 cut dragonstone.

Yeah, that would be good.

But smithing dragon items would ruin the dragon item prices.

There should only 1 dragon rock at the chaos elemental. Needs 100 mining to mine (skillcape, dwarven stout doesn't work).

The ore can also be a drop from the chaos elemental.
