I have actually had that bug too but in-game on a public server with people playing and with no "pausible 1" bullshit. I almost figured out how to do it too, since it didn't just come random. But nowadays I have forgot what I did to make it happen :( It was something about switching to glock and some other weapon fast, while hitting second mousebutton and the first mousebutton at almost the same time. Too bad I got killed before I even got to shoot anyone though :-) Snap!

i got glock bug i shot 3 bullets but fast as u shot 1 bullet like i have a uzi...anyway there's more i shot 3 bullets nd it counts like 1 in my magasine 19/20 bullets but 3 hit enemy ...:)i got banned many times i cant miss with that it like i have 60 bullets in glock
