@OliverMazur I recorded myself a lot and really focused on the stuff I didn't like about my playing and tried to fix it. That's the best way to do it I think.

or did you just concentrate on the tone?
i have problems between the two :(
when i think about the tone, my movement isnt as "correct" as people say it should be, and if i put too much attention on movement, the tone suffers and i make mistakes. but i dont think my movement is exessive when i dont think about it :)
what do you think of the fishman bridge? I'm trying to get away from the floyd...only problem is...i use the shit out of it. I want something comparable but less BS.
Yeah, I can see how people dislike em for how they feel. On the other hand, I had a set of elixers on my Carvin for 3 months straight, and they still sounded good. I used to think they felt weird too, but I got used to it after a while.
