@AyKay47 It does move.  It's likely the proximity of the camera to the window making it appear as not much. Look at the beginning and the end again abruptly. It's likely a smudge/etc. on the window and a light source from inside catching the image/reflecting it. Look at the end particularly . It's "in front" of the building/barn/whatever. If this is "project blue beam", they are operating out of the person's back yard. lol.

@PawnBACM Well yes indeed I noticed it does move a bit, but if you noticed the very beginning he even moved the camera to the right all the way, and the left all the way, and it did not move. Although that was a bit weird now that I looked at it again, almost seemed like he was doing that on purpose to show that it wasn't moving because maybe he played around with it enough to figure out how to make it stay in that place. I don't know, but i'm not saying it can't be a hoax, but not fake either.

Something on the window in conjunction with the light he is using and the camera movement is verifying distraction. The interior angle light flashing in the beginning and the "thing" being between that barn and their POV did it for me. I don't think they meant to get the object below the barn, but the lightning startled them
