First YouTube steak video making Well Done steaks!!! With the little marbling, well done, and cutting into the steak while cooking, you must have Jaws of steel chewing through that
Some constructive criticism: Use a cast iron pan with more heat for less time. Don't cut into the meat, it lets out juices, use a thermometer. If you do use a skillet don't use butter, it'll burn at those temps.
Next time chop shrooms, wine fisrt let reduce, then add the cream, and when searing steaks use a 50/50 ratio of olive oil and butter.... but not bad for a noob
Funny I was just about to say the same thing. Also to receive a true Mushroom Flavor you would slice the Mushrooms. and slowly cook them evenly so that you can gather that flavor. Poor attempt at a nice sauce.Overall there are many mistakes in creating this dish. But for the lonly Bachelor it might as well be what they may wanna cook without having to be authentic.
Good job buddy. However a few of the earlier comments were on point. #1 Better lighting is needed #2 use a spoon and finally look at the finish video product before pasting it on You Tube. If you going to put yourself out there make sure you have all bases coverd. Other then that nice job.

You really should wash your hands after handling the raw meat. You contaminated the garlic salt, pepper...etc.
