comcast always brags about how great they are and how much their customers love them, but i never met 1 person who had comcast that didn't hate them (including myself). were i live they bribed local politicians so they are the only cable company ALLOWED to do business were i live, if you want cable you HAVE to use comcast, you have no choice. that technician had to be a contracted company that comcast uses. "in house" techs, or technicians directly employed by comcast are required to wear jeans at all times, that guy had on shorts! As far as your many missed appointments, that one is very hard to believe!! If my shift is to end at 5pm and i get a call saying a customer is home now and wants us to come back even though we went there at 3pm and no one was home, they will send me back to his house even if it's already 5pm.
