@Matt9001000 Yes, in fact, I ran across a video that basically said that the Japanese government did not comply with the "Powers that be" as stated by an anonymous member of the Japanese government, and the day after being warned that they would be hit with a giant disaster if they did not comply is when this earthquake happened.
