Future? You kidding? Ever heard of Da Vinci? Lovely work, though. Very much along the lines of the jump-jet I did to homage Evil Knevil. Mine was ion-drive, like the stealth fighter. No props or thruster/intake, just generation of enough electricity to power the rig. Peace.
plus its not the future ! studys that our aussie brothers have done show the concept is flawed as the russians found out ! ask all the alcho flight engineers and pilots

@glidergod Most likely ekranoplan "Lun" is going into production in 2012. Until that upgrades are being made.
