  • I have a 210 1B that has very low audio playback, possibly a blown tube. There are 2 connectors on the right side (one with 3 slots). Which are you plugging into? Is the other a line output?

    the 2 pin slot is the output.

    the 3 pin is the input.

    position 1 is the internal speaker.

    2 is an external speaker

    3 is a line level out which goes through the 6sl7 tube

    4 is playback while recording.

    could be a bad tube or the internal speaker is shot.

    i gutted the mic and just used that cable to go straight in.

  • also you could only hear what you plug into it in position 4.
