There's a name for this. It's *slavery*. It's an abomination in this day and age.
All studies show that money is not the primary factor in employment unless it's basic survival. Working conditions are the prime factor, after survival needs are met. Here are all these highly skilled workers that could be improving their own country and staying with their family and communities.
It leads me to ask what the working conditions and opportunities in the Philippines are like?

Why is entrepreneurship not being supported and encouraged?
