Actually like you should know, there is just one state which allow to online law school to sit for its Bar exam, that one is California, I don't know anything about this book, but like me there are thousands of people who are going to go in online schools because (again) like me they can't afford an ABA accredited law school. Abraham Lincoln became a lawyer studying indipendently and became an attorney and the US president.
@jager290 That just shows your ignorance to society's technology growth. In years to come online schools will gain respect and no one will remember when they were frowned upon. It use to be you didn't have to go to law school to be an attorney, but later law schools were introduced which then made it a disgrace not to attend a law school.
You know the word ASS is in ASSumption. You are assuming online schools will gain respect. Online schools are usually a joke. The CPA firms I know won't touch Phoenix, Devry, Kaplan, and Keller graduates. The world is very competitive and having a non-ABA accredited law school on your resume or a school perceived as a diploma mill will really hurt your chances of getting a job in your field.
Moreover the mother of a friend of mine is a partner at a top 100 law firm. Her firm not only doesn't recruit or hire non-ABA graduates but they don't even recruit graduates from Tier 3 or 4 schools unless they have connections and prestigious work experience in a relevant field. By relevant work experience I mean working at an investment bank or a national accounting firm. Or you could just be the lieutenant governers wife like this one lady.
