  • Myslexics for the Degalization of Larijuana!!

  • Does anyone know who was behind the ballot initiative for Prop 19?

  • I proudly voted against it. The fact that Libertarians sound like Marxists when they talk about drug legalization was reason enough to shoot down Prop 19.

You cannot have a drug society and a welfare state. The two are completely incompatible. Holland has been talking about making drugs illegal again. Most likely for this reason. The welfare state induces bad behavior. I'm never going to vote for a Proposition to Legalize Pot so long as I live in a welfare state. Abolish welfare 1st!

  • @thomaserossi - You fail to recognize how such policies are also a great excuse to institute welfare. Just look at the discussion concerning foreign policy. "Less military, more foreign aid!" Besides, you also fail to explain why welfare statism is bad beyond claiming it induces bad behavior. Oh yeah, as if sending people to jail or raiding their homes because they smoke, sell, or grow weed is a good way to lead by example. It is often because of this government behavior that citizens rebel.

  • haircut time, brian!!

  • 18-20 year olds cannot smoke it with Prop. 19... why the hell should they support it?

  • @SirWinstonChurchill Because one day they will be older?

  • they cant smoke it now either. at least if prop 19 passed, it wouldve been perfectly legal for them to buy and grow it as long they want just a few short years til they 21.

  • thanks uninformed california voters! if this would have passed, i'd be out of business with my little collective, co-op, but thanks to Reefer Madness mentalities i am still going to make a shit load of money again this year!

again i thank all of you California voters!

  • Weed is to rock'n'roll as beer is to baseball!

    the drug is you hypocrit!

  • Weed is to rock'n'roll as beer is to baseball!

  • No legislation about employer/employee relations?! No minimum wage? What a terrible idea! Pot should be legal, but my word, what an anarchist this guy is!

  • @tobynsaunders look at minimum wage.... many more cons than pros by the way

  • @lepich91 that shit has pros?

  • @tobynsaunders - It's called the freedom to contract - aka - no one's forcing you to work for someone who discourages drug use. Raise the minimum wage to a $100 an hour and see how much destruction it causes.

  • He's overly optimistic. Twenty four year old pot smokers become forty year old social conservatives. I see it around me being a 52 year old who no longer smokes, but in my case, a libertarian who supports legalization.

All the same, the "owners" aren't going to let it happen. It will put too much a dent in their control armor to be allowed.

  • YOUR STATE OF CALIFORNIA IS DOOMED.....THE GRAND BUSINESS ENTREPENUERS WILL NOW ABANDON CALIFORNIA FOR ITS DEFECTIVE VOTE OF FAILED BUSINESS POLICY....THEY WILL NOW MOVE TO TEXAS, AZ AND WINNING STATES THAT HOUSE BUSINESS FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENTS...GET READY TO GET LAYED OFF DUMB ARSES!

  • If you manufacture potato chips or doritos, it's a cash cow.

  • It's extremely hypocritical that you can go to any grocery store and purchase alcohol, drink it, then go home and beat your wife and kids. But you can't legally smoke a bowl or two and chill out.

  • The people voted. Prop 19 didn't pass. It's pretty annoying when people keep pointing to a movie made 70 years ago as the reason people don't want it legalized.

  • Freedom and liberty should never be voted on by the general public.

Think about it this way, if the woman suffrage movement was put to a vote for the general voting public , we would still only have white men voting today. We certainly would not have black people voting, or any other non white male minority.

America needs political leaders that can look at this situation and come to the conclusion, that in a free country it is more harmful to have this outlawed then it is to legalize it.

  • @MrLeadchunker Right, because white men didn't vote to give black men the right to vote.... Wait. Yes, they did. And, men didn't vote to give women the right to vote...Wait, yes they did.

  • @CaitiffFTW What year was the general election that the men of this nation voted to grant women the right to vote? Maybe you have a different history book then I do.

  • @MrLeadchunker You're right, of course. The 19th Amendment just plain didn't happen. Oh, wait.... It did.

  • @CaitiffFTW Again I asked you when did the people of this country vote on the 19th Amendment?

  • @MrLeadchunker And, I'm trying to make a point that a general election wasn't needed. You see, representatives are elected, to represent the people in a particular area. Those representatives, who were, at the time, all male, voted, in proxy for their constituents, for women's suffrage.

If you want weed to have the same status as women's suffrage, then you're going to need a Constitutional Amendment, which will NOT be placed into the hands of the public. It will be voted on by representatives.

  • @CaitiffFTW You seem to be under this false notion that America is a democracy. It's not. The United States of America is a Representative Republic. Good thing, too. Because, if every proposed change in the law went up for a general election, general elections would have to be held daily.

  • @CaitiffFTW Thank you for making my point for me. :)

  • @MrLeadchunker You're quite welcome. It's a damn shame that your "point" has no validity, of any kind, in this discussion.

And, to equate "the right to get high" to basic human issues, such as equality, is completely idiotic. There's no inequality in this law. Having pot is illegal. Period. If the point of contention is about how well that law is applied, then that's a completely different debate. This is not, in any way, a civil rights issue. So, your "point" is completely moot.

  • @CaitiffFTW Sure thing, thanks again.

  • smoking and driving is like my favorite lmao

  • the prop 19 campaign was shit! I didn't see any billboards or commercials or anything

  • @anarchylogic Loving parents won't be able to sniff out self-interest if they aren't street-wise. From my experience, many people are like Beaver Cleaver in a world of full of Larry Mondellos and Eddie Haskells. Also if we defund public schools, we'll be the laughing stock of the whole world.

  • Holy heavy editing towards the end. Anyone else able to tell how many cuts there were in editing? As an editor myself, I feel sorry for the guy who had to edit this video.

  • Did this guy really just bring racism up as a reason that Prop 19 failed? Yes, he did. 3:30-3:40

Not to mention the fact that he treated the potential for someone who is intoxicated to harm someone in the same manner as a drunk driver as a joke.

    1:25-1:40

The only thing this asshole cares about is getting his individual toke on. Prop 19 lost. Fuck this guy, and his idiotic attitude of bitching about the actual will of the people who were willing to vote.

  • @CaitiffFTW This guy mentioned that one of the benefits of Prop 19 would have been that police would have to have a different excuse to harass minorities other than for using marijuana. Nowhere in his statement did he say or intend to say that a vote against Prop 19 would mean that the voter desires to maintain racism.

This guy is actually on the pro-legalization side.

  • @AudioGuy06 Well, he heavily implied that people who voted against 19 didn't care about civil rights of minorities. Actually, his exact words were "On a civil rights perspective, even if you don't care about marijuana, particularly if you care about the civil rights..."

This motherfucker was playing the race card. He, in a nowhere even approaching subtle way, was calling those who voted against 19 an old racist.

"He's actually on the pro-legalization side." No shit.

  • @CaitiffFTW Me? I'm neutral on 19. I don't live in CA, and I'm Straight-Edge. But, I refuse to be on the same side of the aisle as someone like this guy. He went out of his way to scoff at anyone who has legitimate concerns about making more drugs legal. And, frankly, if this is the median attitude of people who are in favor of legalizing pot, then I guess I'm officially against it. Not because I care about pot itself, but because the arguments presented disgust me.

  • @CaitiffFTW Sorry, it didn't seem at first that you recognized he was pro-legalization. My bad on that, it's late/early.

His concerns toward the race-related issue are valid to an extent. A big claim that is made is that more black people are arrested for possession over whites, yet more white people admit to smoking/possessing marijuana.

Whether or not those claims are true, any time someone is arrested or suspected of possessing marijuana, their civil rights regarding searches are infringed.

  • @AudioGuy06 So, a person's civil rights are infringed if they get arrested for doing something illegal? I want to follow your train of thought on this one. Guy wants a few joints, and buys some reefer from his friend. Cop smells the reefer on the guy, and uses that smell as probable cause. Cop finds the reefer, and arrests the guy for having it. How were that guy's rights violated? Pot is illegal, remember?

And, since when is "I think that guy has a joint on him" a violation of anything?

  • @CaitiffFTW Of course, marijuana and hard drugs are illegal. That wasn't necessarily the point. Obviously, in many peoples minds, the drug war has failed, and other ways to curtail its affects on the citizens of this country should be considered. The issue of across-the-board legalization of possession shouldn't be off the table.

Civil Rights issue also goes into medical marijuana users, but they'll still get their day in court. There are many evident civil rights abuses in this drug war.

  • @AudioGuy06 Of course it shouldn't be completely off the table. It should be brought to a vote. Wait a tic. It was brought to a vote. Are you suggesting that it be brought up over and over again until it passes, and then left alone?

Coming in 2012: Prop 19: The Sequel! And, if that fails, Prop 19: Stoned-henge (this time, in 3D) hits in 2014. Seriously, at what point do we actually pay attention to the literal results of the vote? Or, do votes only count when your side wins?

  • @CaitiffFTW ~46% voted for Prop 19, a disastrous initiative. The danger with initiatives is that if someone disagrees with a small part of it, they'll be inclined to vote No. You saw that with the medical marijuana growers voting to keep the status quo, and you saw freaked out employers unjustly concerned over the discrimination provisions. Plus, the youth didn't make a notable turn out for this to actually pass.

And yes, it should be brought up over and over. Why not?

  • @AudioGuy06 46% of people voted for John McCain in 2008. Does that mean that Republicans should get a do-over every 2 years until McCain is in the White House? And, then never vote on a President again?

And, yes, that's the reason why not. Because, once a single vote passes to legalize it, literally every single result of every single vote that came before it is negated. And, it doesn't matter how many times 19 is struck down. Once it passes, it will never be brought up again.

  • @CaitiffFTW Should the issue be dead with 19 being voted down? No. But, when/if it does pass, that's exactly what the people behind 19 will want. They will want to strike down any further bills against it without a vote.

Then again, you're talking about the status quo, as though it were a bad thing. The reason that some issues are fluid is because others are unyielding. In fact, that fluidity, in and of itself, is part of the status quo. Like it or not, the status quo is our friend.

  • @CaitiffFTW People should always have the freedom and choice to determine certain issues through representatives and direct democracy.

After prohibition was enacted, several states crafted initiatives to re-legalize alcohol. Many failed, until efforts ultimately succeed at both the state and federal level. Those initiatives, in part, led to the honest discussion of such issues. Should such discussion not take place because you don't want to see the issue on the ballot every two years?

  • @AudioGuy06 Prohibition is not a good argument for your side. Prohibition was put into the Constitution. 18th Amendment. Repealed with the 21st.

So, even if a state had a vote pass during Prohibition, it would have still been a federal crime. And, that's actually a point for my side, since Prop 19 would have done nothing about the federal laws regarding pot distribution.

  • @CaitiffFTW The topic of prohibition is a great argument. Although alcohol would have still been federally prohibited, the states have the right to set their state policy at some level. States obviously cannot enact something against the constitution. However, if you actually read the 18th amendment, you would see "Section 2. The Congress and the several states shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation." Nothing REQUIRES the state to enforce that article.

  • @AudioGuy06 "Concurrent power." That's the key phrase. Nothing about the 18th Amendment gives the states the ability to openly defy the Constitution. Just like nothing about Prop 19 would have changed the federal status of selling marijuana. That point did a lot more to hurt the pro-19 side than to help it, since all it did was further cement the fact that it is still a federal crime.

  • @CaitiffFTW It's still a Federal crime, but as New York and other states did during prohibition, California would have basically told the government "this is your war, you fight it." By removing penalties, that is not being defiant. The governments ~400 prohibition enforcement officials would still be able to throw people in jail under the Volstead act, but 400 people cannot stop an entire state from drinking.

  • @AudioGuy06 I will concede one thing to you. You've certainly done a better job of presenting the pro-19 side of the issue than this video has. And, in doing so, you've convinced me that this guy doesn't represent the median opinion on the pro-19 side. However, that still leaves me as being completely neutral on the issue. So, thank you for that. And, on that note, I'm gonna head out. Take it easy.

  • @CaitiffFTW I can't say I agree with you that you're completely neutral. It's hard for anyone to wrap my head around a YouTuber. However, there are sensible arguments for the legalization of marijuana. One would be in grave error if he/she blindly thinks that as ~53% voted No for Prop 19, California is therefore against legalization. Polls suggest that Californians overwhelmingly reject prohibition, however the method and regulatory scheme has a direct influence on their YES vote.

    Good night.

  • @AudioGuy06 And, while I'm rereading your comment, did you really just suggest that Prop 19 only failed because a lot of people didn't like the tacked on shit? I'm going to let you in on a secret. Until just now, I didn't have the slightest clue that anything was in Prop 19, except to make having pot legal. I'm going to go out on a limb, and assume that most people were like me, in this regard.

Unless, of course, it was the 18 year olds who were pissed that the legal age was set to be 21.

  • @CaitiffFTW Nope, didn't suggest that... not sure how you gathered that I meant that.

In CA, big groups such as the Alcohol lobby vocally and financially opposed the initiative for its lack of a regulatory apparatus. Medical marijuana advocates were wrongly fearing the initiative, law enforcement officials were on both sides of the argument (confusing some), older voters have concerns and fears over marijuana, and growers who stand to make a profit from illegality were factors in its demise.

  • @AudioGuy06 "The danger with initiatives is that if someone disagrees with a small part of it, they'll be inclined to vote No." That's why.

And, did you just seriously suggest that illegal growers were a driving force in defeating 19?

"Hi. I grow your weed. If you vote yes to prop 19, other people will grow your weed, and the chain of middlemen means higher prices. With me, there is no middle man, so the savings are passed to you. Vote no on 19, and keep weed prices down." Are you serious?

  • @CaitiffFTW Yes, Illegal growers (and lumping in medical marijuana growers) were in the "No on 19" campaign. As you can see, the Emerald Triangle area voted No on this initiative. Was it because the region's marijuana-driven economy was an eye-sore to the people of that region, or was it the RAND study saying prices would drop by 80%? Costs are minimal for marijuana production in California.

  • @AudioGuy06 You mean to tell me that people who produce illegal narcotics publicly declared as much, and tried to get people to vote no on Prop 19? That's what I asked earlier, and you just answered yes. I just want to make sure that you understood the question that you just answered.

  • @CaitiffFTW Thank you. The growers didn't PUBLICLY oppose it; however, a quick look at the election results of that region, supported by the common knowledge that that region has been a pot-growers haven since the 70s, and adding the RAND study (and similar studies) all suggest the growers (not necessarily collectives) opposition to commercial legalization (although may be for personal possession legalization). This is common sense, and self-evident...

  • @CaitiffFTW Civil Rights issue, in his meaning, extends to all races. If police smell marijuana, the police can search the individual for illicit drugs and weapons consistent with a a standard Terry Stop search. Therefore, a non-violent individual who has a small amount of cocaine or ecstasy could be subjected to criminal penalties when that individual's only leading crime was possessing marijuana.

These guys believe that many aspects of the drug ware have failed. It's a multi-pronged approach

  • @AudioGuy06 First off, this guy said nothing about everyone's rights. He specifically mentioned the civil rights of minorities. And, your personal opinion about whether or not weed should be legal aside, exactly what is wrong with arresting someone who is found to have broken the law?

"But, he wouldn't have found the cocaine if he wasn't looking for the weed." The innocent have nothing to be concerned with. I've never minded the times I've been searched. Why? Because they never found anything.

  • @CaitiffFTW no no..he is saying everyone should have freedom and civil rights to do whatever you plz...shouldnt be stopped by no one..thats the goverenment..he isnt talking bout race..he is talking bout personal liberty and your personal rights has a human being

  • @brothachand If that were even approaching true, why did he specify "the civil rights of minorities?" And, he's completely ignoring the fact that nobody has the "right" to do something that is illegal.

  • @CaitiffFTW oooooops lol...fuck it...he should have said wat i said than lol..but he is right too

  • @brothachand That is what I am saying, but what I am also saying is that the general public should not have to vote to aquire rights, freedom rarely wins elections when politicians are to cowardly to stand up for liberty. Why should a heterosexual christian couple get a vote on whether or not a gay couple should have the right to married, acquire property together and make end of life decisions for one another?

  • @MrLeadchunker well the way i look at it is that prohibition is a complete HUGE violation towards your natural rights of being a human beings..this isnt up to the people of this nation because alot of them are too blinded and still believe in the refer madness bullshyte..all i know is cannabis can cure cancer...thats insane..and the sister plant hemp..can be made into almost anything and everything..legalize it already

  • @brothachand Couldn't agree more, except for the part about curing cancer, I know it can help in the treatment but it is not a cure to my knowledge.

  • @MrLeadchunker look up run from the cure on youtube..hash oil is the cure..you dnt smoke it..you simply put in on your gums..if you have a cancer wart..put some hash oil on a bandage and put it on the infected area..and it will be gone in a few weeks..THC is something else that just doesnt get you high..

  • Vote down Prop 19, ban Happy Meal toys. Makes sense.

  • that dude needs a comb.

  • Ok, what's easier? Removing all those laws that prohibit just about every good thing there is, or just removing the state and get on with our lives. If you want to expand freedom, that's fine, but why not go all the way?

  • "Doesn't making nature against the law seem a bit.....unnatural?" Bill Hicks

  • This guy looks like he just finished smoking a fat doobie five minutes prior to this interview.

  • I am very happy with this video. It's not cheech and chong bullshit like any other time marijuana becomes a subject.

  • Democracy fails again.

  • As if votes are counted honestly anyway...

  • This is how screwed up California is..... they vote against prop19,but vote to keep their criminal politicians in office. And oh yeh,how about that governor?

  • I voted yes on 19. Hopefully next time more people will vote yes on it.

  • @anarchylogic About ending public schools, privately owned schools wouldn't be any better. Private individuals have self-interests, too. Businesses certainly do, assuming they would run schools. Whatever their interests are, that is what would effect teachers ability to teach, or even not teach.

  • @srunequester66 I don't think so as long as there is no voucher system involved, as it still is tax funded. However, if a teacher opens a private school of her own the parrents are now interviewing the teacher to see if they want to pay her, and she inturn is interviewing the parrents to see if they will take an interest in their child, (or if their of the mind to just drop the kid off and make him/her someone elses prob). Self interest is not a prob really, loving parrents will sniff it out.

  • Don't look at the ppl in the background starting 4:22, it may be disturbing if you got a crooked mind!

  • OK. Just another stumble on the way. Keep up the fight!

  • Kind of a shock to you that literally prop 19 lost because it didn't get enough votes?

Keep token buddy keep token and the next time it comes up it will actually not literally loose due to all the supporters sitting at home getting high!

  • The biggest obstacle for marijuana legalization is the people who actually smoke marijuana. "Wait... was there, like, an election or something today...?"

People need to realize that the only people regulating marijuana right now are criminals. The biggest opponents to initiatives like Prop 19 are going to be the cartels and dealers we have now. These criminals don't want to lose their jobs.

  • @BlueRonin44 Yep drop the hacky sac and grab the ballot

  • @BlueRonin44 Okay, the first part was kinda funny, but I've heard that joke a hundred times this week. The last part is just plain stupid. "Support Prop 19, or you support drug trafficking" is almost as stupid as the dipshit in the video saying that people against 19 were against civil rights.

I have a better idea. Don't want to deal with criminals? Stop breaking the law. Why does it have to be more difficult than that?

  • @CaitiffFTW Yes. Because the "War on Drugs" as been a huge success so far. Making a substance that is less dangerous than alcohol or tobacco illegal has worked wonders for our criminal justice system. We should just keep things as-is, right?

  • I favor the legalization of pot but I really hate hippies. Could we maybe legalize pot and also legislate that hippies be sent to China where they could have the lovely communist commune they really deserve? I think this would pass by a two to one margin.

  • Legalize it!

  • I proudly voted against it for the simple reason that:

    1) Groups that supported it turned it into a RACE ISSUE. The moment something is supported by racists and racebaiters I vote against it without question.

    2) Pancea Pot Cults were given a spotlight in favor. Just say no to cults.

    3) The suggestion made at 1:30 that suggests pot legalization doesn't increase use patently ignores the Alaska legalization. This video flat out lies in that respect as does many supporters.

    4) I hate hippies.

  • California has got too many oldies living there and they should ship their asses back to the stone age where they belong of course who am I to speak on this subject since your gov. thinks the state of California is his home, IT'S NOT! He's a fuc*ing NAZI and wants to throw more people in jail. I hope this is a grave lesson for more states that try this. The next time a vote like this comes up "overdose the shit out the aging citizens the night prior with VIAGRA" you'll get a better result.

  • Freedom is popular.

The tyrannical Democrat & Republican Statists MUST be exposed and removed from power and that power returned back to the People from which it came.

  • No toy's in a happy meal passed though! lol The liberals think adults can't properly feed their kids, but they can properly use drugs? You should have the right to be stoned with your kids, but you should not have the choice to give your kid a toy with their hamburger? Liberals make no sense.

  • Is it me or does Brian Doherty kinda look like a pothead version of Keith Olbermann... lol

  • ive read that it pretty much makes it legal to drive high until hippie johnny gets in an accident...not that it encourages hippie johnny to do it. i may have been misinformed. or that guy is spinnin'.

  • Doctrine and Covenants

    Section 93

"The elements are the tabernacle of God; yea, man is the tabernacle of God, even temples; and whatsoever temple is defiled, God shall destroy that temple."

  • @EscapeNewJersey what?????? Please do not spout religious dogma

  • @Sasukelegend5 I can post anything I want to bong boy.

  • @EscapeNewJersey Insults are not productive

  • This is failure of democracy. 51% of the people ending the rights of the 49%.

  • California is just FUCKED!!! Hell, isn't it pretty much Northern Mexico at this point???

  • The young are stupid. That is why Obama and the the rest of the immoral socialists troll for the young.

  • Comment removed

  • What a pack of losers. What is going to happen is the Mormons will rule everybody else because they will be the only ones sober.

  • Proposition 19 loses and Barbara Boxer stays in office...dark days for California.

  • @spudmustang I agree with that comment 100%!!!

  • they need to pitch it differently. no bogus "medical" use, no "its not a gateway drug" No, "the government can make money from taxes on it."

How about the truth. We are free to do want we want with ourselves as long as we do no harm to someone else. My body, my property. Hands off.

  • @ahoblit buncha old white men legislating my neurons...

  • @ahoblit: and that we are free to grow it, possess it and sell it completely free of interference.

  • fuckin lazy Californian fucks! you sit around and talk big bout how you want it legal yet when it comes down to it you cant put the bong down for 1 hour to vote on it.

  • In Nevada when pot was on the ballot, I knew pot smokers who voted against the question. I asked why and they were worried about the kind of citizen that it would attract to Nevada (ie progressive Californian hippie types). With this not being a stigma in CA, i'm really surprised it didn't pass.

  • Correct. It's just a matter of time.

  • all the people i knew that slanged weed..didnt want this to pass..but fuck dealing wid drug dealers.. probably be better quality and way cheaper than it is right now if it became legal

  • To all you old farts who voted against: YOU ARE A CONTROL FREAK. STAY THE F*CK OUT OF OTHER PEOPLE"S PERSONAL LIVES YOU LOSER (yes, I'm shouting)

  • I now have images of a lot of doctors certifying more and more use of marijuana to get around the legal situation.

  • I'm sorry to say that the Giants winning the world series was a conspiracy. Why? Because half of San Francisco partied, got too drunk and spent Tuesday praying to the Toilet God instead of voting Yes on 19. Then what? Rage? No, a parade!

I already have a recommendation and am legal to consume and grow, it is my wish that everyone could have the same legal rights.

  • Why doesn't this guy with the lisp move to Mexico and start his own drug cartel?

  • "the demographic against drug legalization are aging, and dying.." yes yes age and die.. faster, more. bye the boomers that spent the country into bankruptcy, totally let the system become corrupted out of sheer political ignorance yet hold the society's resources hostage while being this useless. gogo faster

  • funny with the older people worried about irresponsible drug-and-driving thing, considering how senior citizens are actually pretty dangerous drivers to meet on the road. who knows, they might get a stroke n die on the wheel any moment.

  • @spyletu I would bet on a group of stoned drivers to out-perform a group of seniors any day.

  • I'm shocked prop 19 failed considering how stupid Californians are after this election.

  • @Ruinous :LOL

  • @Beepandbop.. You are correct. Surveys can truly be skewed by how something is asked. :))

  • Then again, today on NPR I heard on Science Friday that ONLY 25% of people believe in evolution.... sigh...

  • @Nursehatchet2008 probably because the way the surveyer asks the question is with a loaded, "Do you think evolution is the sole explanation for how the world has come to be?"

Most people say "no," because most people are not "sole evolutionists."

indeed, most scientists are deists of some sort or another.

  • It's not even about whether you're pro or against marijuana. Just whether you think it should be a health issue or a criminal issue. I strongly believe marijuana should be dealt with as a health issue, and our society would greatly benefit by replacing the "war on drugs" with a combination of positive clinical uses of substances and clinical, supportive treatment for drug abuse.

  • LOL @Treads... I can honestly say that is one thing I have never had to deal with ""CODE GREEN... OD in room 6 on pot"... heh heh...

  • Just because you legalize marijuana doesn't mean the war on drugs ends. Only 1% of people in jail are in because of Marijuana, most drug busts deal with the harder drugs. Libertarians should realize to truly end the war on drug, legalizing marijuana is only a step.

  • @uzimodem You are a MORON!! I suppose if you ever have to go to the ER because you are in pain, you will "just say NO" to the LEGAL narcotics they might offer you. Such a dumb ass...

  • @Nursehatchet2008 i guess i'll just go try to OD on some weed for uzimodern.

  • @Nursehatchet2008 LOL yeah getting weed would be the first thing i would want. jeez stoners....dumb as fucking dirt.

  • legalize

  • Low is the life of one with no open mind! It's all a state of mind.Don't \ Do... Whatever

Know even stoners vote.Times are changing either change with the tide or be left in a sea of buraucracy. It's all a crime We were taught to be this way to each other. It's weak n pathetic we are not helping each other get our basic nessesitys..We can all profit if we werk together. All about the pot or toilet papper.Without it would piss you off too.

  • Off course there was not enough jung marijuana smokers that went to the pole.

The was prob. home smoking pot. and not enoough sober to go to the pole...

  • Stoners don't vote?

  • @uzimodem

if you are against drugs you have to also be against alcohol and tobacco if you want your position to be consistent. Who is the govt to tell me what I can put in my own body? Alcohol and tobacco are legal and I use neither. I made the personal choice without govt telling me

stop comparing victim-less crimes with ones that have victims

  • @ForTehNguyen : I am against tobacco and alchohol...what good has it done anyone with it being legal? alot dead people still. Those who choose to pollute their bodies like the mindless lowlifes they are can do so.

  • @uzimodem where the fuck do you even come off ? "mindless lowlifes" I hate people who feel so fucking high and mighty just because they don't do any drugs , and put down on people for it. and on another note, just about everything you eat or take in , in today's modern world pollutes your body , I'm sure all those big macs and energy drinks your fat fucking mouth has devoured aren't exactly healthy to say the least.

  • @Greychaos777 : LOL hmm...go smoke some...sounds like you need it.

  • @uzimodem did you know marijuana is THE most studied plant on the entire fucking planet. after 2010, there will be more than 20 000 published papers and reports, encompassing studies of the plant itself, as well as studies of both naturally occurring and synthetic cannabinoids AND the endogenous-cannabinoid-receptor system found in humans.

you are obviously a sheep, going to your page and seeing American flags and videos of military guns lol. fucking educate yourself, go read some books.

  • @iisyouneek : yeah right....spoken like a toker. jeez go od and do us all a favor.

  • @uzimodem thank god you cant od on weed :]

  • @pplayer104 : thank god you cant be more then the dumbass low life drug user you are. dime a dozen.

  • @uzimodem No you seriously can't overdose on cannabis... This has been proven by scientific studies... Plus there are actually MANY positive effects that use of cannabis can produce... There is a difference between use and abuse... This is common knowledge, and your behavior is absurd... Go look up studies on cannabis done at Harvard University... Some eye opening facts are RIGHT THERE... And you wanna call me a stoner? I did cannabis once and it kept me from committing suicide... Suck on that

  • @Sasukelegend5 :drug users are like all drug users...always trying to excuse their inablitity to live their lives without narcotics...because they are mentally weak to begin with. sad. Suck on that.

  • @uzimodem Hmph... Incompetent fool... Conservative fail much? you have no basis for your arguments except what you've been told... Fuck meth and fuck cocaine... Those drugs should not be allowed... I can understand alcohol... I hate cigarettes as they cause cancer... Far as I'm concerned, weed is healthier for you than cigarettes AND alcohol... Weed is not really a narcotic... It's a fucking plant... Get educated... Oh right.. You need to not know facts to be a conservative... Nevermind

  • @Sasukelegend5 Don't call that idiot a conservative. You insult those of us that actually think for ourselves. I'm very conservative, and a pro-life registered republican. He's just an uneducated drone who doesn't have a clue. I bet he thinks Bush was a good president too. It does as it's told.

  • @didytom Well you aren't a complete conservative.. In my opinion, that idiot is as far left as you can fuckin be.... You seem to have some decency so you aren't as far left as him.. get my point?

  • @Sasukelegend5 woops... i'm so fucking tired i made a terminology mistake... i meant right not left X.X night

  • @Sasukelegend5 I don't think this falls into the right/left paradigm, but being on the left is not something I've ever been accused of. I believe in personal freedom. He is actually far right, and also far from right.

  • @didytom sorry... if you red my second response.... i meant right.... you are on the right.... but not as far to the right as he is..... that's what i meant.... i'm trying to get some sleep but that's what i was trying to convey... sorry for any misunderstanding

  • @Sasukelegend5 :LOL stoners....jeez.

  • @uzimodem lol all you can do is spout about stoners... maybe you had a bad trip? i'm done with you dumbass

  • @Sasukelegend5 :LOL yeah it is fun. go smoke your weed and leave us adults alone. Dumbass

  • @uzimodem actually i haven't smoked weed in over 9 months smartass :) i just support the legalization... Oh and btw... *whistles* attention for one moment? I'm 19 :) So i just tore both of your arguements down

  • @Sasukelegend5 :LOL yikes. yeah your a real freaking genius. LOL god, freaking stoners and their litbturd ideas. LOL

  • @uzimodem can you say one intellectual sentence without insulting or using religious basis? If not GTFO of these comments.. Thank you and have a lovely day

  • It's so stupid, its virtually legal for adults in CA and it seems like CA has the biggest marijuana culture.

Really, any adult that has any serious interest in obtaining pot can.

  • As the medical marijuana industry grows larger it will fight any attempt at state nullification of the federal marijuana laws.

  • They say that there was minority support for this but for the most part it was only special interests. Blacks, Hispanics and Asians that went to the ballot box all overwhelmingly voted against it, just as those same groups voted against gay marriage in California.

The dirty little thing no one wants to talk about is that, blacks, Hispanics and Asians are social conservatives, especially Hispanics from Mexico, which is them ablaze in the drug war, good bad they think the same might happen here

  • Mythbusters once did an episode on driving under influence of alcohol and pot. as expected , the drunk driver did lousy, but the high driver actually was more careful than a sober driver. maybe not a scientific experiment, but still...

  • @RMT87 man i smoke weed everyday.i don't have any medical reason to and don't need one. i just like my plant ok..i go to work everyday blaazedasfuck wher i hav to drive and deliver pizzas and have been doing this for a year now. no accidents, tix or anything.hmm..i wonder if i sipped some jose cuervo everyday for tha last year, went to work, and tried to function and not fuck up.ha yea id be dead and those poor customers wouldnt get to munch down on their pepperoni!b a fkn tragedy lemme tell ya.
