que buen carrera de 10km como siempre africaños a ganas como media maraton de san francisco. y media maraton de maracaibo com un tiempo de 1hora 4minutos el de san francisco y 1hora 6 minutos el de maracaibo.... el 28 julio sera la media maraton de san francisco 21097km soy ricardo corredor fondista ......... quiero corre uno de 42km 200 eso en un maraton completos

indeed....today I did a half marathon and I finished in 6 hours...I walked most of it. I had a Liver transplant nearly 20 years ago and I have weak legs but that didn't stop me...I finished a half marathon and I am so proud of myself....my best friend did it with me and she cheered me the whole way. I am just so proud I did it and now I can say I completed a half marathon. I don't think I could ever do a whole marathon with my legs but thats ok...I can't believe I walked 13 miles/ 21k lol..woot!

Can you please get a 30 or 40 minute video on the 2003 Berlin Marathon and the 2003 Chicago Marathon? It will make my life a lot happier.

agreed, I am like 200 pounds and I am 20 years old and I just did a half marathon today!!!!! anybody can do anything if they set their mind to it and I proved that today by completing the half marathon. I am a LIVER TRANSPLANT recipiant but I still overcame alot and did this half marathong. 13.1 miles is a long way, people may think its short it definitely isn't lol..it took me 6 hours to do 21k but I still did it, I stayed strong with my friend! I was last but all that matters is I finished it!
