Actually the fastest way to do this is to run through. First you kill the guy to the left then run forward gunning past the first room. At the 2nd room throw flashes and gun through. After a few tries its possible to get through with about 35 seconds or less. However I cannot understand how the #%$& someone did it in 17 seconds.
