Two days ago I ve been experimenting with my handstands(at home). So,I got in the handstand and tried to hold it.When I felt like loosing the balance,I put my hand in front of me to do a pirruete. But,unfortunatly, when I put it in front of me,I kept my balance for two more seconds. Then I lost my balance again, didnt have any place to put my hands to go in a piruette so my legs just went over me to the side, crashing in to the vase.Didnt get hurt but vase is now broken :P
@V3lt0S You can, but then I won't accept it as a video response if that was your goal. This is not supposed to be done by beginners, therefore I added full hanging leg raises, double unders and muay thai push ups, which most beginners can't do.
I know the jump squats are pretty intense, especially at the end of this workout:P I always did this at the end of a leg workout, 4 sets of 25 reps. Killing, but very useful exercise.
the muay thai push up is pretty hard to do think i need to work on the technique and a normal sports mat is slipping away cause you have to push up hard off the ground
btw tnx for posting videos on a regular basis. Every time I see a new video in the sub box, it gets me away from the PC and reminds me I need to do some exercise. I understand that you don't have a stellar subscriber base, but still, please keep doing this. :D
@Brencs Well, for someone from the Netherlands I have a lot of subscribers. This month I will get about 1000-1500 new subscribers, so I'm actually doing very well. Thanks for the comment!
Hey Jerome, I really enjoy your videos and you are my role model. I was wondering what is your opinion on Starting Strength workout routine and also what do you think about bulking and then cutting? I've noticed you do not do this but would it provide faster muscle gains? Also what about creatine?
@lethargicRunner Send me a link of the starting strength workout and I'll review it for you. I'm against bulking and cutting, because I don't see the point. Sure, the bulking results in quite some muscle gain, although not as much as you probably expect, but cutting down will often result in feeling weaker, losing muscle (if not performed with professional help) and it's bad for your health to keep losing and gaining fat like that.
@lethargicRunner Most people don't have the knowledge to bulk and cut safely by themselves. I wanted to make a video about that subject for a while, but I still have many other ideas, so I don't know when I'll make one.
Creatine has been studied and it has shown some good results, however, it's not a magical potion and it doesn't give the huge results the fitness industry wants you to believe.
what you think about powerlifting?

@walkingthegibbon Buy one or you could do just double unders without rope. Just the same technique only it will be easier.

Do the navy SEAL workout which consists of 110 pull-ups, 220 push-ups and 330 sit-ups with variations and with minimum rest.
It's hard

Seeing a full workout would be very informative, I think. You could just split it in like 5 parts. Not much video editing needed there. :)

Challenge Accepted! Only thing - I don't have a jumprope :(

@TheF0rtress Haha, you'll need to buy one then. There are not a lot of cardio exercises as challenging as double unders.
