Yeah, that was from Endless Waltz (movie/OVA). Those are Preventer uniforms. Actually, if you have the Episode Zero manga, you can see all 5 Gundam pilots in Preventer jackets in the last chapter (Preventer 5).

OMG, your editing is awesome!!! It's so great to see someone using the characters' physical actions, instead of just machines blowing up. Seems like every amv just uses the same clips over and over, and you blended all of the action together seemlessly. Really fun to watch.
