  • I think Guy needs experience at a club where he can get some decent service - don't think he'll ever get that as long as we're in the Conference.

  • Thanks for posting this. I cant understand why Jamie Guy was clapped off like a hero. With the exception of one game (Cambridge) He never scored in numerous starts in the Blue Square premier and was a passenger most of the time.

  • why not? it does no harm - and he had a good game that night aswell.

    Also he is a good player since the injury in pre-season he has not been at his best.

  • I suppose it does no harm to clap players off. But standing ovations should be reserved for succesfull players, Guy is definately not this. You only have to look at when players like yemi, fisher and sapleton have come on, they have done more in 5 mins than Guy did in 5 games. This has to be down to effort.

    Yes in Pre season he did ok but that means nothing. It's the equivilent to sparing seasons in boxing. You can look and take risks with no real concequence.
