mom and pop places are the pits, they should go extinct in america. also, they should interview the owner not the manager. 99% of the time theyre just stuck with the owners instructions on how to keep the place profitable and they only really care about their paycheck
A health department inspector informed me that chinese and mexican restaurants he inspects consistently score MUCH lower than any other types of restaurants. Be careful out there.
Are restaurants required to close if they receive a failing score? They closed voluntarily, but I would think the local health department would shut them down.
