Fof the comment under mine, I wasnt questioning where YOU or ANYONE for that matter was from. Rather the stang in the video. I don't believe the stang in the video belonged to ANY REAL agency. I have a strong belief it was a tricked out car which belonged to a buff. How in the world would you have a car which is fast enough to catch most cars, and NOT have an MDT in it? It's just POOR tactics all around. A simple car stop could result in your death cuz the driver was a warranted well armed felon

I think its a buff off-duty car who's owner willfully took & remounted for the purpose of this video, a plate off a KY official veh. which is prob. a misd./fel. crime in that state. THINK ABOUT IT, Kentucky spent all that time n money into a COVERT car, only to put an OFFICIAL plate making it stand out like a sore thumb? The dashmiser that you are talking about was replaced in 2003. the video was made in 2001 I think. After 2003 I replaced most of the strobes with LED's
