Hey! That was great! Loved the flags! I'm actually on my high school color guard team! XP My winter guard this year didn't exactly teach much, so, my goal this year is to learn to toss a saber! XP lol Yeah, for guard we did Broadway last year, and this year we're doing this tribute thing to tim burton, sweeney todd, nightmare before christmas, beetle juice, etc....it's awesome. lol I'll shut up now, bye!

I couldn't believe it when I found out you were on winter guard! I've watched all of your Maximum Ride videos. My sister does guard, but she graduated and went on to an independant. I'm thinking about doing it next year. Good luck with your show!

Well, it originated in the military. The men and women who mission is to protect our colors (the flag) {hence color guard}. but over time it has evolved into this, a competition of movement, rhythm, uniformity. Its amazing <3

Color guard is the combination of dance, drill (from marching), and the ability to toss a sabre, rifle, and flag 15ft into the air and still catch it.

Thats what a guard team is <3
