Its good to see young people having fun. However, pen y fan has taken more than its fair share of lives in the past, simply by being blown off it. The wind hits the cliffs at nominal speed, and is compressed over the ridge line, which can gust, at times, at well over 100mph, causing waterfalls (in heavy rain) to be blown back up. Every time ive been up there, ive always treated the place with respect, and maybe these guys should, but also have fun too.

Been around and in mountain rescue all my life so am speaking from experience and I have been nearly blown off the side and I was walking not larking about! Am into mountaineering climbing etc so you can hardly say I live in a bubble now can you! Don't forget the wind can stop as quickly as it appears and your over the side! Think it could be my mates that have to pick you up!! Sum1's fun can be someone else danger! I do have a sense of fun and adventure so no bubble!!!!!
