The horse was scared not angery. and that sound was from the horse's voice echoing of f of the building walls. Also if it was a stud in might have been looking and listening for any mares around him.

@PepperRodeyGus3439 that horse is not scared either. And if you were paying closer attention then you may have noticed that he was answering the calls of the other horses outside. I know some horses that are really attached to each other and they'll act the same exact way when they are separated. Even if they're being ridden. They're not scared, they're just making sure they know where each other are.

@rikki500 I'd say he's frighten, he's looking for his protecting herd. A horse needs his herd around it to feel save or at least someone to make it believe there's no danger and feel save. But nobody like that can be seen in the video and there are no other horses. So he deffintily thinks of a jailbreak and searching his friends. The sound of his cry is only variated by the big room, no dinosaur. It's just natural and no, I can't laugh about that. This is just cruel as he is in panic.
