@ballbag35 first of all they need to knead the dough really well, but be serious, 10 years is joking, coz in lanzhou, many housewife can do the work better than this chef did. on the other hand, they need a special powder. to be exact, it is called peng hui, ashes of a kind of grass of gobi desert

@stockmarket101 No the Michelin rating goes from 1 to 3. There are almost 100 3 starred restaurants all over the world.
In the United States the Mobil Travel Guides rate restaurants on a 1 to 5 star. But Michelin > Mobil rating
