Definitely a great guitar player. I've followed him for the past 2 years, and he's got some incredible stuff (and some really crappy stuff), my favourite being "Paris Morning".

And no SRV doesn't just bend one note all day. I don't know what kind of SRV you've been watching, but either a) you haven't seen enough or b) you're interpreting it wrong. Yes, he does add a lot of changes to certain notes, but he hardly plays the same thing over and over again.

Timing is more than about 4/4 rhythm- Justin uses far more advanced time signatures at high tempos to create the genius you have just witnessed

Sure, he breaks the meter in (about) the third phrase (the melodic one that's almost all arpeggiated), but this seems intentional to me (I followed it with eiths instead of quarters and it lined up). Besides that, the rest seems pretty solid; perhaps a little rushing or dragging here or there (very minor and hard to notice). I think many people here have a minimal amount of rythmic training and comprehension to call him offbeat in his timing.
