What purpose does it serve to push Sheamus? Obviously he is still relatively unknown to the WWE fans and he has no real outstanding gimmick points. He's not even as big and powerful as Lesnar who was convincing in his first year undefeated streak and title win. Kinda funny, it almost looks like it could be true, the way the tables were set up. But I think there's be a bit more confusion with the commentators, ring announcer, music cue.. I don't know, man.

I have read it on multiple insider sites and it makes complete sense. If you watch the way the match ended there was really no "epic" finish or anything it was just a simple fall off the rope and go through the table. Plus Matt Strikers reaction, he knew what happen. Also Sheamus fell off the rope but lost his balance which caused him to more like roll off the rope instead of fall. If you see the table on the outside it was laying down because he missed it and hit the site of it.

Also if you watch, they were trying to set up when they were on the top rope but when Cena jumped it caused Sheamus to lose his balance because he kinda shoved Sheamus when he jumped. The reason the Music cued was because Sheamus didn't go through the table. They obviously couldn't restart the match or anything otherwise the fans would be like WTF? So of course they just had to run with it and play his music. The people in the back most likely told the announcers to go with it.
