Hi from Australia! I see a chiropractor weekly because of an injury and she has taught me to breathe deeply every day. I never knew how shallow my breathing was until I ended up in the ER being monitored. Now I take 10 minutes every morning and every night to close my eyes, relax and breathe deeply. It makes the world of difference.
So true. The breath holds the key to alot of emotions. We all have a certain rhythm to our breath and if it's out of balance then we feel unwell. The Art of Living breathing technique called the Sudarshan Kriya helps to regulate this. It's all about the breath :) Thanks Alicia x
@Tallgirl83 I was getting a partial weave for many years but I'm giving my hair a break and letting my natural color grow out for now. The brand of bleach my stylist was using is called Davines. I believe it's more natural than many because it doesn't have ammonia & some of the other harsh chemicals commonly used. :0)
