Nope, she a dumb actress working with a useless accent coach and even more dumb casting director. I'd say they're all americans.

She seems to be speaking insultingly bad French in an appalling accent.
"Scuzi" Sounds Italian. "Ou es un Olympic Champion?" translates as "Where is the Olympic Champion?" in French. But even that isn't entirely correct
"Excusez-moi. Etes-vous le Champion Olympique" is more like it for French.
I'm neither French or Canadian and I find it insultingly lazy script writing and acting.
