The only questionable one is the skateboard, and if you think about it, he's rolling on the skateboard already, so even if he just tossed the ball straight up, the ball is moving forward. So if he's rolling at 10 miles an hour and throws it hard enough to make it go 10 miles an hour just standing still, which is nothing, the ball is going 20 miles an hour, which is pretty quick.

So, it seems possible that someone with as much muscle as those guys might be able to do it. Don't know for sure, though.
