  • I have both brushes

  • I just got an AG doll (Mckenna) and i don't have a AG brush for her is there any other brush that work apart from the golf cleaning brush??

  • i just got it

  • why do you use a cleaning brush I mean can't it mess up some dolls hair

  • I'll have to try that. I think I have one in my golf bag, but I'll buy a new clean one. x]

I've been using a wire cat brush from the pet store. I've owned two of the American Girl brushes and they both ended up breaking. :l

  • olivia is so pretty in the heart dress

  • I love your videos!!!!!!!!!!!

  • how do u connect 2 videos to make it 1 video i can't figure it out

  • @templekitty9202 - you edit it in windows midea player. you cut out the part that you don't want and then connect to the next segment.

  • omg i agrre that ur doll is always pretty

  • What if your doll has curly hair?

  • @AGlovesGreenDay - you can use that as well as long as you wet your doll's hair first.

  • @amysewfun Thanks I need to use a wire brush on my Lanie's hair.

  • @whalelover1231 mine too!! It looks webby and it's soo tangled and it looks poofy too like hairballs!!

  • Thanks, For showing.

  • I might try to get one of these, for now i use a metal comb, my doll's hair is allways frizzy and weird looking, like poofy and stuff, any tips?

  • @whalelover1231 - make sure when you comb the hair is wet.

  • @amysewfun

I tried that and it just ended up pulling out a whole lot of hair, should i do it anyway?

  • Hey Amy can u do a video of all your dolls updated!

  • @kaylamuffin - sure. I will try to get it out tonight. Thanks.

  • the only thing I wish that mattel kept was the good condition of the pleasant company doll's hair. their hair was thicker, fuller and it felt more realistic.

  • hi, i no this may sound dum, but im scottish and my sister wants one but i no it say "american girl" but u seem smart, is there one in britiain

  • I never use water on my AG doll's hair.. It makes BIG clumps fall out so i wouldn't recommend it, it could depend on the doll though........

  • @whalelover1231 I always use water on my doll's hair.. and its wonderful (;

  • @13PolkaDot13

Hmmmmmmmmmmm............ maybe it it just the doll. Do you have a friend (or you) that has molly? Thats who i have and like, a whole human head of hair falls off of her when i use water.

  • that brush is wut you use to clean your grill

  • my mom said that those would work

  • im gonna get one now...thanks 4 the tip! and what jly is that?? shes beautiful!

  • @sunsetbabbii i don't know i thought 27 but I don't know what color her eyes are

  • the american girl doll brush probally would mess the girl's hair up

  • i have seen them using toothbrushes before. also i believe unless you get ALOT of water in her eyes, it doesnt rust. i have gotten rebeccas and ambers eyes wet accidentally and they still havent rusted (ts been over 4 months for each) and my friends little sisters doll got alot of water in her eyes and they havent rusted...

i just found that very interesting and thanks for the tip about the hairbrushes! (:

  • @craftycrazy101 - oh. good to know. I've been told by AG that water will damage doll's eyes. I guess as long as not so much, we should be ok. How are you? Long time no talk.

  • thank you so much for sharing.

  • @grannysam123 - U R welcome.

  • Can u get one at Sallys hair salon????

  • @kaylamuffin - I haven't been to Sallys. you can check it out.

  • That golf club brush looks like it is too abrasive for doll hair. It's bristles are too tight together and need to be spread out so they can run through the hair better without snagging or pulling out hair.

  • @Gonzofamily82 - I forgot to mention in my video that American Girl Place hair salon used this type of brush for all thier AG dolls. I've been told to use this brush for my dolls.

  • @amysewfun I guess the look of the golf club brush just makes me nervous. But it seems like it is ok to use.

  • @Gonzofamily82 - I felt the same way in the very beginning until I saw our stylists at AG hair salon using on AG dolls. I feel more comfortable using it and it really work on tangle hair. Thanks!

  • cool does it work the same?
