no patients were ever kept in the steam tunnels, which run very close to where the patients were kept because it is the hospitals heat source .

the tunnels where the patients were still are still used, their just full of machines equipment and cables making it to loud for a good recording some parts that are never used are as they were 150yrs ago..it looks like a dungeon ...really!!!!

at one time they could drive you under the main hospital( tunnels are that wide)and you never see day again...

I have grown up in Raleigh my whole life visiting the campus out there, it's a beautiful property. Just was wondering, where are the tunnels near the main building? I wouldn't dream of ever attempting to go in, but I would like to see the area that they are in. Enjoy your videos, keep up the good work.
