the first and what i call the original series hex morph was so much smoother, from what i read back in the early 90s is cost 40,000 for each render scene the car changes, then we got the box morph=(
man what cheezy cgi... its like they didnt even tried... .. compared to how detailed the morph in season 1 was way advance... even tho its fake it actually look like it could happen in season 1... disappointment of season 2-3 except when they blew up the viper and kick the other driver off : o )
I remenber watching this series as a teenager, and thinking it was the coolest thing in the world, now I whatch the graphics and they look so fake...Kids are so innocent arent they? But it sure is cool.
I didn't watch the show a whole lot.. but why is changing from viper to viper? lol. I remeber it changing into an offroad vehicle. And didn't he have a UAV that deployed from it?
i used to watch this series... although that time im not that particular with the flaws... still a great series though.. could have used some steering and shadows perhaps at the end lol :P
Ya the last few seconds the car seems to be 'floating' lol. They prob could of just added some shadow effect to minimize that. The wheels are actually spinning faster then the car is moving hahahaha
lol... I love how that big transformation that in real life would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to pull off... is all started by the flick of a cheap 90cent switch under the wheel (that could easily be accidentally kicked)
Idiot hello dont realize this was the early 1990's? jeesh some ppl and this Show Rocks!! i wish it would come out on DVD i voted for it too on like 3 diff email accounts XD
Oh come on, it wasn't really bad at all until the shading 'error' in the end when the car went to new ground (no shaking / realism there). I talked with the Producers about the show, they were always behind with the FX anyway. XD
wheres the fucking shadow gone? i don't want to relive this series because i know i'll be disappointed with the graphics

Looks like a video game at the end there. Like skating on ice. Somebody missed that texturing.

Look closely the viper defender in the very end, and you will notest, that it just is so fake than something can be.
