I have 3 $40 dollar uniflame grills.

bowl, grate, cover thats about it.

I live in a populated area & shops pay me to cure & smoke meats.

My point, if you have the know how, you don't need all the bells & whistles.

Looks good, but where is the Water Bath.... how do you make steam, like Bbq moist not dry....everything else looks ok....
